The Basics:

Specialty Vendor Booth Options
$105 for (1) 10x10ft vendor booth, single day (Saturday or Sunday)
$190 for (1) 10x10ft vendor booth, both days
$370 for (1) 20x10ft vendor booth, both days

Food + Drink Vendors

Due to venue regulations, food vendors will be required to be added to their approved vendors list & agree to their approved vendor terms. If you are interested in vending at 717 Vintage Fest, please email us at 717vintagefest@gmail.com for more details.

Applications will be reviewed & notified within 2 weeks. Once accepted, payment is due within 48 hours.

What are we looking for?

717 Vintage Fest is a curated vintage only vendor market featuring curated clothing, accessories, home decor & more for all genders, all ages, and from all decades. We’re also looking for select food/drink & limited specialty vendors to enhance the environment of 717 Vintage Fest. We are looking for vendors who have a cohesive, curated brand that features a strong point of view, are active on social media, and are committed to Fest promotion.

Examples of specialty vendors that would enhance the vintage vendors: up-cycled vintage & secondhand products, plants, tattoos, piercings, tarot, custom embroidery, tailoring, etc.

More Details:

  • Payments are non-refundable (including inclement weather and individual covid related changes & cancellations). Partial refunds will be considered if the event is cancelled due unforeseen circumstances.

  • One vendor per single booth space.

  • Vendors supply their own tables, chairs, & displays. Rentable options are available through the venue.

  • Access to electricity is optional for an additional fee.

  • The venue provides password protected wifi that will be reserved for vendors only.

  • We recommend that your business complies with local tax regulations by registering your business, collecting sales tax, and reporting and remitting sales tax.

  • Vendors are expected to share & market the event to their audience (social media, in store, word of mouth, etc)

  • Public Health Policy - We will be following all official guidelines & mandates that include masking, social distancing, cleaning protocol, and capacity requirements. Because this is an indoor event, if it is advised at the time, we will require all attendees & vendors to be masked.
